J & J Industrial Services began in 1986 providing equipment repair and servicing the warehouse and manufacturing industry. We had been successful repairing equipment, but realized our clients wasted precious time looking for contractors to do a variation of jobs in their warehouses. That is why in 1996, I created a division to serve the needs of warehouse repair. For those little things in your system that sometimes turn difficult and it’s hard to find the right person/company to complete the job. Our Building Maintenance department will do exactly that. It doesn’t matter how small the job is; we will dedicate the same amount of care and attention as any larger jobs. We feel that if we can take some of the weight of the back of your management personnel, it allows them to concentrate on their warehousing tasks and become more efficient for you.​
